price for one year, more than one/several,long term?
Depending on the area & if it is a bungalow or apartment or villa or house etc (& furnished) you can rent something for a year for as low as 25m to over 100m+
Cheaper in Jimbaran, more exy around Seminyak & hard to find in Kuta.
Don't forget to take security/noise/remoteness into account when you look at choosing an area.
Overlooking rice fields out further may look appealing but not that secure.
Have a look at the links below & if it's apartments you are after long term (years)...look at the ones right in Kuta.
Rode past the other day & they are getting very very close to completion & many are already sold.
Most apartments however usually have long leases around 25 years & are a lot more than your budget.
Depends on what exactly you are after & for how long?
Also check out the Bali Advertiser & villa sites as many complexes rent out long term.
Best way to do it is be there..or have someone there who will ride around all the small gangs & look for rental signs and/or just go inside a complex & enquire.
