Hmm, well there are a couple of alternatives.....
Go to Uluwatu at sunset and watch the kecuk, then back to dinner at deMiMidi. You still get to see the gorgeous lights over Jimbaran Bay, the airport and Kuta beach, plus Benoa Harbour. The sun actually sets way to your left when you are at deMiMidi, so you dont get to see the sunset in front. The lights are so pretty!
Other alternative would be, go for a drive on another day, Geger beach for late lunch, (drive thru Nusa Dua with Newbies) Dreamland Beach, then up to Uluwatu for sunset. Back to Jimbaran Bay for seafood feast.
GWK is also worth a visit later in the afternoon to see the monuments and the overall layout of the cultural park then dinner.
