We have tried her, it took three weeks for her to get back to me, and then without a quote.
We had been forgotten, I would prefer to book with someone that I know will be prompt and reliable.
I understand that people get busy, but three weeks was a little too long for us to wait!
I'm happy that some of the people on the forum are happy with her and that is great, but we will stick with Mike!
We go every year and look for a travel agent that is constant with their service, reliability is definately a important factor.
As you probably are aware, if you dont act fast when a good special becomes available, you miss out.
Everybody is entitled to their opinion, so please no flamers.
