Agree with the others, Ibu Oka is famous. If you want something closer, there is also a warung selling Babi Guling in Kerobokan, also one called Babi Guling Gianyar along JL Kuta Raya at the Kuta Markets. If you have a balinese friends, I'm sure they will take you if you ask, or you could ask staff where you are staying if they can get bungkus for you.
If you prefer to eat from a restaurant, try calling some of the Indonesian/Balinese Restaurants like Bumbu Bali in Benoa, Kunyit in Tuban, Ketupat along JL Legian or Mades Warung in Legian or Kuta. They might have it on the menu, but you might have to order one day in advance.
