Totally agree with the best place being Ibu Oka at Ubud but for somewhere closer there is a stall in the back of the Melasti street markets, almost opposite Benasarie lane. Its just a long table with glass cabinet, mainly for the locals but available daily from around noon. Costs 6,000 (in Feb) and is really good. You point to the meat, inners, skin whatever items you want and its served with rice, veg and really hot chilli.
