We had gone for many trips to bali and around the world and only time we worried was back in the 80's when going to Thailand. I had a friend who told me there was an outbreak in Bali of HepA and to do yourself a favour and have them. When we got our HepA it worked out cheaper to get the twinrix which is for Hep A&B our medical fund paid a huge chunk of the costs, they are not cheap and it involves 3 course/injections. You can catch these anywhere in the world.
I agree with Tina better to be safe than sorry.
