Dont know about Clarins, but I buy L'oreal there, and it is the same.
Costs me around $25.00aud in Perth, and about $10.00aud at Marahari.
Dont know about duty free, but I'm sure the difference in duty free and normal retail in Oz wouldn't be that much.
