I have tried to warn people about this on the forum previously and had no response. Yours is the first time I've had it confirmed.
It clearly states on your Indonesian customs declaration that you have to declare any pre recorded movies (tape, laser disc or DVD) - so what do people do when they yake back all their duds?
I am guessing many people do not declare them.
