smoke on your balcony, no worries. You can smoke just about anywhere! Re checkout, they are definitely aware of your check out time and expect you to book out on time. You can pay for a late checkout when you are there though. But even if you checked out at 6.00pm, you can leave your luggage at reception and go and have dinner and a few drinks before heading out to the airport.
