Hey, i have friends that owned 2 units and a house in the Kuta Royal area, the location isnt so great, the pools could do with some deck chairs n some shade! but becides that im sure the unit will be fine, they are all fairly moden and well equipped for Western people staying there, a mini supermakret is across the road, and abit further along is a gym!! I hope you enjoy your stay!
