I leave them with Smudge as I know the antibiotics are not being 'abused' as you seem to think. More the point is that if the midwifes or numerous nurses and medical staff helping those in need in Bali with little or no money can use my left-over medications then they are welcome to them. I know Smudge makes sure they go to qualified medical staff and regardless of your view that I "abuse" medication I will continue to do this.
