would be a trained health professional, he does know about allergies, he didn't come down in the last shower, the Indonesian doctors are fine, very good. If he was unable to communicate he would give you a safe option, much safer than your own GP who gives you a few 'just in case'
I am stunned at the number of doctors here giving out antibiotics like lollies.
