i already mentioned the Sultan's palace in my post as a place to see. Watched the sultan go past in his carriage with beautiful horses in those grounds and on same day took part in a wonderful ceremony at the mosque. Very fond memories of Yogyakarton Kraton.
There is another ancient complex i saw, (not part of Yogya Kraton) also right in Yogyakarta, looks like it used to be a city with temples etc but i don't remember what it's called. :( Darned mystery to me now. Have pics though. :)
