Plenty of grown-ups who'd make their kids "oh so proud" too. Haven't noticed you commenting on any other reports - just this one from a young guy. It's not only the younger ones who give Aussies "a bad name" in Bali - although when I was there 2 weeks ago, almost every Balinese I spoke to very much bemoaned the lack of Aussie tourists, not a negative word about Aussies - just "when come back?". Sounds to me like he did a lot to contribute to the economy there, as we are encouraged to do.

He does what so many young travellers who go to Bali or to any other resort destination that targets young tourists, eg the Gold Coast, Hawaii, Thailand, etc, do. He has fun in the same way most of his generation do. Just the way it is. There are very few reports from younger people here. And I noticed recently in Bali that there were few younger Aussies. Bali is actually geared for younger ones wanting to party & rage and the venues and their staff catering to them are doing it hard.

Don't want to start an argument with you - just think you should think a bit more and maybe remember how it was to be young.
