Just take a taksi to Kuta Gallaria, taksi drivers all seem to know about the sale. Large wharehouse on second floor. Opened at 10am last Nov. Be prepared for a long wait in the queue. Last year there were mainly indonesions, I only saw 3 Aussie families. I found the queue to have very aggressive locals pushing in front of me. I was eventally taken under the wings of a local with the lingo to keep me in place in the queue, telling others to bugger off or something like that!! LOL
