everything but the kitchen sink (don't laugh) I use to be the 1st aid supplier in any hotel i have stayed at HAHAHA.
Now i take personal medication and anything i know i can't get in Bali. I take eatable icepacks(ice sticks) and i must say these work as i needed them when hubby had his bad fall and hey it also helped with the pain relief, don't laugh Bali don't know what ice packs are(even the bali international medical centre and the hospital)I always take a course of anti biotics for each person.(not sure if mine will do every thing so i have started a thread above to investigate/share what others take and why?)
Always suncream, it is so expensive in Bali, but never after suncream(as i get this in Bali) I do pack Solarcane spray in case i get burn't bad(which can happen when just walking, walking and walking.
The little chemist inside macro is excellent. I stock up when in Bali for home. I only just last night helped a friend with detol powder(not menthol)and helped someone last week with panadol cold and flu tablets, both are a must on my shopping list each trip. The detol powder(not menthol) saved me a vet bill with my puppy. I have no idea why Australia doesn't sell either.
