unbelievable what i took the 1st time and mighty peed off when i went to a small apothetik and it had most of what i had bought at half the price.Now basically its hubbys diabetic and blood pressure meds and one really good strong migraine tablet.I take antihistemine and thyroid every thing else i pick up once we get there.But the first trip is always a learning curve so happy healthy hols
