I brought a very full 1st-aid kit from Australia last year ( 1st visit)- and then got stung on the foot by the biggest wasp I've ever seen while white water rafting (the wasp must have fallen into our raft.) Of course, what I needed wasn't in the kit.
We had planned to go to Makro on the way back from rafting and so I got some liquid antihistamine there- app $1.20. (Had to stop at a shop to buy thongs first as I couldn't wear my shoes).
Take essentials with you. I didn't use anything from the kit so I'm only taking a few items this time. Jo:)
