I take a comprehensive first aid kit when I travel for longer periods of time. Hate having to go find something when I feel like crap.
BTW - I always take Panadiene Forte as I suffer from migraines. Never had a problem taking it into Bali, never had a letter from a doctor for it. It is all labelled.
I also usually take a broad spectrum anti-biotic in case I come down with tonsilitis or some other disgusting bug and Gastrolyte sachets [to keep hydration levels up] in the event god forbid I or someone I know gets the dreaded Bali Belly...
