means not trying to deceive people into thinking you're a tourist who is making a recemmendation for a driver. The original post is from a driver. After being on btf a while you get to work out who is what they say in that area because there is a pattern.
Some travllers will prefer recommendations from forumites who have used a driver with a good record of safety etc Eg. your own reference would be genuine.
