AirAsia has the worst Customer Service

I made the mistake booking the last leg of our flight with AirAsia (from Kuala Lumpur). I cannot even describe how much stress they caused me already.... For instance, during the booking process I got suddenly an error message and the request to call immeadiately their Helpdesk. After being on hold for about 1h30 (and I was calling from Europe !), I gave up... So I wrote them an e-mail... I wrote them several e-mails in fact... It takes them around 8 weeks to reply !!!! I regret sooooo much that my holiday is relying on them !!!
