The Bali Hash House Harriers Club has over 120 members meeting every Saturday at a different run location in Bali.
You get to meet real Balinese people, untouched by tourism, see real Bali the tourists dont see and get to walk through some of the most beautiful places in the world.
The Hash Clubs around the world have been called 'A Running Club with a Drinking problem' or a 'Drinking Club with a Running problem'.
The Interhash 2006 event is in Chang Mai, Thailand in October and has already 6000 runners and hashers from all over the world registered for the Hash world's number one world event.
We are going to Chang Mai in October to pitch for Bali.
We are up against Perth, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Kenya.
I reckon if we can get the vote we can bring over 6000 runners and their families to bali for a week or two.
Imagine how much that would boost the economy and bring back some confidence in Bali.
I think the Islanders derve to get this.

INTERHASH IN BALI 2008
With nearly 30 years of hashing in Bali, the combined hash clubs of Bali are inviting hashers throughout the world to come hashing in paradise.
We are not limiting you to one specific area.....the whole island is yours to explore!
The small size of the Island means that you can stay in a hotel on a tropical beach and still drive only an hour to get to numerous excellent run sites of deep river valleys, jungle ravines, pristine rice terraces, waterfalls, tropical rainforests, traditional villages and indeed a Bintang Beer truck waiting at the end of every run!
Bali has recently been awarded ‘The World's Best Tourism destination' and while given that honor its still amazing value for money.
From Backpack home stays to some of the world's best five star hotels, Bali has it all, and you can still get a beer for under 1 US Dollar.

RUNNING WITH THE DRAGONS OF KOMODO
Depart Bali by chartered flight to Labuan Bajo, then by feery to Komodo island. A tour of the island and its denizens, before hashing amongst the dragons of Komodo. After the circle and drinks, its back by ferry to Labuan Bajo. Overnight stay at Labuan Bajo before flying back to Bali the next day.
Stay on paper or be eaten!!!! A once in a lifetime run!
INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF BOROBUDUR
You will feel just like Indiana Jones, as part of this particular hash run goes through an underground river cave in pitch blackness (fire torches provided) for approximately one and half hours !!
Watch out for those shrunken heads! This run was the highlight of Pan Indo 2005.
Visit the temple of Borobudur, one of the original 7 wonders of the world, a Buddhist temple dating back to the Majapahit empire. Location : Yogyakarta, Central Java, One and a half hours from Bali.
Touch the Buddha's nose statue and live forever!
THE VOLCANO RUN, MT BROMO AND EAST JAVA
Depart Denpasar by overnight coach, cross the ferry to the main island of Java, arrive at Mt Bromo, an active smoldering volcano, and a major tourist attraction. Its 5 am and warm clothing is recommended as you watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt Bromo. After breakfast, a hash run right up to the rim of the crater.
The next day, a tour of the hills area and the African Lion Safari Park before your hash run in the afternoon.
RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK
We join the Balikpapan and Samarinda Hash clubs who will take us up the river in traditional long boats to run with the amazing Dayak tribes of Kalimantan. No rumbles in the Jungle..just absolutely amazing runs!
You wont find anywhere in the world that can offer you such unique and amazing runs all within a short flight from our Interhash HQ in Bali.

The above choice of runs is over a one week period, so there's still plenty of time for joining the Party Girls of Kuta, the Monkeys in Ubud, the White Water Rafting on the Ayung river, the Surfer girls in Uluwatu, the Cruises to Lembongan, the Cabaret Show at Musro, the hot chicks at KuDeTa, the Helicopter rides around the volcano, the Karaoke at Kuta Timor, the bowling at Paradiso, the Diving Instructress in Nusa Lembongan, the Elephant rides in Taro, the Table Top Dancers at Hard Rock Hotel, the night bungy at Doube Six Disco, the Masseurs on Kuta Beach, the volcano at Mt.
