out with excess luggage that is for charity. They gave us twenty kilos extra in Feb.Just sent them an email before leaving and it was on computer system when checking in.
Seems a bit stingy of Aust.Airlines/Qantas not to consider giving excess for charity.
Maybe you should fly Garuda next time.
