I actually put out a request for info on the Villas when I first booked and luvtheNT responded. Actually, I emailed The Villas after this explaining that I needed reassurance everything would be ok or we would have to change our accommodation, and both the Sales Manager and GM responded immediately. I was very impressed. Shame we aren't going until September. I just hope the one bedroom ones are as nice as the 3, but after the reaction to my email I think any problems will be taken care of. Thanks for your time.
