absolutely NO Worries - they definately can STILL be issued.Thisa info IS from only today,late this afternoon !
We had /have very different rules & regulations re the rest of Oz & the Garuda competition .Something to do with government licensing re raffles & competitions here.
What you need to do is speak to your own local travel agent & get them to contact Garuda direct - IF they are speaking to Garuda staff in SA - ask to speak to Catherine.She is fully aware & totally up to date with the current info & has excellent PR skills.Either great training from Garuda or her natural personality showing through.She is an absolute credit to her company.
She WILL be able to sort out everything very easily for whoever gets your tickets .
