I use a Citibank mastercard.. then I just book through Harvey World Travel and they redeem the points.. for airfares AND accomodation and any tours that you book through the travel agent.
You earn points for every purchase.. sometimes 3 points per dollar depending on the specials they have .. but if you use your card for EVERYTHING.. they soon add up.. My portion of my latest trip was $1078 and it cost me about 100,000 points..and NO CASH.. but I could have used less points and spent cash.. so it depends on your bank of points at the time.
