As the examples you have given are Indonesian, I'm assuming that's what you are after.
Below are some great sites. The 7 day one is easy. The major problem people have is with pronunciation. There are some that you can click on the word and hear how it is pronounced. This will give you are start. The best way to go from there is to listen/ talk to a native speaker.

Unfortunately there are lots of people giving incorrest pronunciations (eg. baygoose, cassee). Good luck.
