Our favourite place for this type of cuisine is ACC Minang - located near the airport. We used to eat at "Minang Saiyo" but quality of food during our last 2 trips to Bali did not meet our expectations.
They bring tonnes of dishes to your table...but you only pay for what you actually swallow!...They don't always bring every single dish on offer to your table though. So if you want extra dishes, just talk a walk to where they display all the food and tell them what you want....
