The shop is almost on the corner of Jalan Raya Seminyak and Jalan Laksmana......I don't know where the Bali Garden is, but if you see a map of Seminyak on say, mic's website, then the main road heading north is called Jalan Raya Seminyak, which turns into Jalan Raya Kerobokan. Very close to the intersection of Jalan Laksmana and Jalan Drupadi is St Isidor. If you are heading towards Geneva from Kuta, then you turn left from Jalan Raya Seminyak into Jalan Laksmana and on the right hand side of the road, opposite Wrap a Snapper is St Isidor. Anyone along Eat St should know where it is.
Villa Jodie is on the same side of the road, as is Villa Heliconia, but if you hit either of these you have walked too far and missed it.
