Sate Lilit, also in Fragrant Rice, Janet uses fish, but in my husband's village we use pork mince. For the sticks you can use Lemon Grass (expensive way) or in Oz we use chopsticks in Bali my father-in-law handcarves all the sticks from bamboo. Need to be thick to hold the mince, do in grill or BBQ, yummy, we also make our own Bakso.
