business class with Aust Airlines,

does anyone know if this exists and if so, how much would it cost to upgrade at Melbourne airport??? Just wondering if it is worth the extra money, which Im assuming would be in the vicinity of $300+, from what bopgirl and others have posted about Garuda upgrades!!!
