Hi. I stay at Aquarius Star Hotel in Kuta, between Poppies 1 and 2. Not a swim up bar but adjacent to pool and staff are happy to oblige with drinks without getting out of pool. Outside bathroom etc. Please contact me if you need further details. Cheers
