I stayed there, deciding to try budget, they were in the middle of renovations, the room we got was filthy - curtains were literally black. Didnt sleep the first night & was straight up to reception in the morning. After complaining quite heatedly, was moved to the best room in the place. So if you are not happy with your room -- complain.
