in room 16a. Well actually I did once when we had a huge downpour one morning and all of the water went off. When they turned it on as soon as I told them, there was no hot water but I didnt worry as I had a cool shower and that was nice.
Was the air cond problem fixed when there was someone in the room next door, or was 16b vacant?
