Hi, we were up there in Feb and went to Ayung Elephant Park. It was fantastic and the staff were really friendly and talkative, unlike the other 2 parks. We paid roughly US45 each which included transport up there and back, lunch, rides etc. Ayung is by far the best one to go to.
