I'll be in Bali at this time and was wondering if anyone had any info on this event? All I've read is that it's a temple anniversery in conjunction with 'tilem'(new moon). Where would this be held in Kuta? Is it a street party type thing or in a temple, and if in a temple am I invited to film, oh yeah and what time would it start?
