I think the shop Sayang refers to is called St Isador which has many recommendations on the forum? I went there to and saw the style they mention but I preferred a full sari style (ie. no panels).
I got a queen size doona cover made at mae mae in Jalan Pantai Kuta (pretty much opposite Yulia's). There is another shop in Jalan Legian which sells them but that was more expensive. Good luck, hope you find one, I love mine!!
