We are in Sanur at the moment. We didn't bring probiotic tablets over but have found plenty of Yakult properly kept in fridges in our local Warung. Kids usually love it as long as they have no problems with dairy. One bottle is sort of equivalent to a tablet. I say sort of, because the tablets have a bigger range of bacteria than the Yakult, but the Yakult has done the job for us. If you are worried about your tablets, relax, there's a backup (as long as kids aren't allergic to skim milk products).
