Day 10 Monday, Well today Ketut has managed to get a day off work and we will spend another wonderful day together and has a big smile on my face as I wake up on a cool wet Bali morning. Ketut and I get up and both shower and go down to a nice long brekkie not going to far this morning as its wet, Agus joins us for a drink and a chat before we head back to or room to watch a little DVD and wait out the rain.

We spend a good two hours indoors just enjoying the quiet and relaxed time we have together just Ketut and myself, as poor Ketut will be back at work tomorrow. About 10am we head out shopping down at the Centro mall. I love shopping with Ketut as when I buy something for her its puts such a fantastic smile on her face and believe me getting her to make a purchase has not been easy. And here's me thinking women were born to shop? LOL

I'm starting to think at this point Ketut and I am made for each other, as I hate to shop for myself, but must ad I do like to give and shopping for other people is good fun! I have to say that when I take Ketut shopping she always asks me my opinion on things as she tells me I have good taste in both fashion (ladies), and things like jewellery oh and having now introduced her to a more western diet when we go out to restaurant, which Ketut now has enjoyed.

Now for all the women reading I can tell you if you are into gold there is a fantastic street in down town Denpasar and there would be about a dozen shops all very much the same with a huge, and I do mean huge selection of gold items on display. For Silver my choice would be to go out to Celuk, I go out there with one of the drivers from Camplung Mas, who I know gets a kick back from taking me there but I see nothing wrong with this as I get a good price on good quality Silver. The stuff I buy will not go black in a few days as some of the Silver you buy in Kuta. In fact I wear my silver all the time almost never comes off. I now will also go out there on each trip if not to buy just to look at the new items and to have my silver polished.

Now back to Centro and we have a good look at some of the clothing stores before heading out to the sea side end of the building to look out and see that the weather is still not great but getting better. We enjoy a drink in the place on the left side looking towards the ocean its called the Bali Colada, food great service nice and friendly, and the view just great but better on a fine day. Mind you my eyes were on Ketut as today my company was all I cared about.

From Centro we went out to lunch at Nero's, and on entering the restaurant we are shown to our regular table, like I say its almost as if they have our name on the table waiting for our return. Today I tell Ketut that she should try something new and I do likewise trying a new dinner of mixed seafood. Ketut goes for a steak, in this case the Australian tender loin I have had on previous visits. We both love this place very much and enjoy each and every visit. We have fond memories here, as it was the first good restaurant I took Ketut to for a meal when we met in August last year and it was where I gave her a special little gift also on the trip.

For anyone interested I had bought her a small heart on a gold chain, which I wanted to give Ketut as a reminder of me when we are apart, and Ketut has said on many occasions that it is a permanent reminder of me like a small piece of my heart left with her in Bali. If that sounds soppy or sickly sweet, too bad its how it feels and that's our story thus far? I hope in many years to come both Ketut and I will look back on these times and remember them fondly.

After lunch we are off out the door and back to the hotel for a joint nanna nap? J

We get out of bed at about 6pm feeling like a shower and dinner might be in order so we walk up the lane to Legian Garden Restaurant for a light meal and a long talk about Perth Western Australia, mostly and Ketut having a wish to one day come to Australia. I tell her again that one day soon I hope her dream will come true as I would love for her to spend some time with me back home where I can show her around my town and state!!

Well we return to Camplung Mas at about 10.30 pm and go to our room, I'm feeling good and very happy and Ketut has a cheeky smile as we turn down the lights and enjoy a DVD before turning in for the night.
