When I arrived at Denpassar Airport I was handed a leaflet for the Prada Lounge - it's 100K, located on the departure level between Gates 5&6 and 7,8&9. The Premier Lounge (run by JAL, I think) is on level above - no bribery involved there - just pay $20US or the equivalent in Rp (about 195K).
Without a doubt, I'll use the Prada Lounge next time - it has, according to the leaflet, quote "100-125 seating with nice sofa, Varieties of International & Asian cuisine, full bar, Internet, flight announcements, Art exhibitions, shower with ameities, foot massage reflexology, free local calls, International & local TV and newspapers & magazines".
