I was there in July and October last year and billy is still there. I am leaving this Friday for a month and staying at the Mandira. A friend is coming with me who has never been to Bali before. When asked what we will do when we get there I said we will have Happy Hour at Billy's Bar and my friend said - what they have a bar on the beach - Yes a car fridge.
