The inner health tablets can be out of the fridge for 48 hours...but my health food lady said that if they go in the suit case it is cold enough in the hold anyway.
Alternatively you can go to the chemist and ask for an insulated paper bag for tablets (free) and carry them in that.
I am not sure what you can do about the kids..iether ask the lady via phone call or perhaps put a tablet in icecream or yoghurt and it will slide down easy.
