While in Bali, I hired (in Candi Dasa) a fisherman and his outrigger to go fishing for mahi mahi in the early morn. We didn't catch anything, but the ride was wonderful and the views back to land with Mt Agung in the background were awesome. I also hired the same guy to take me snorkeling at White Sands Beach, which is beautiful and no other tourists. The trip there is very scenic.
