to buying dope in Bali. You'll need to do a search on google because of course he's not allowed to advertise here anymore. Basically his list tells you the fixed price shops and their location and how much you should expect to pay in the market when of course you have to bargain. Start at half of what they ask and you won't be far off but anyway as long as you're happy with the price and he is, no problem. Quality is doubtful because naturally if you buy in the market it won't be genuine.
If you do feel you have been ripped off especially if what you have bought turns out to be banana leaf you should definitely report this to the tourist police. If you have to go to the police station to report the fraud then you should wear long trousersand a respectable shirt (or a skirt if you happen to be female) our of respect to them.
Remember to keep it in your room safe in case the hotel staff steal it. Also remember you shouldn't bring back in to Aus. any plant material even if it is banana leaf.
If all else fails stand on the bemo corner and yell "Anyone got any dope to sell".
