I have been doing alot of research into Kupu Kupu Barong as it is where I will be spending my honeymoon next year. I also heard from Doctorid that KK had unfriendly staff. Now I'm not saying they are wrong, but I think it must have been an isolated incident as I have literally 100's of feedback comments saying how lovely the place is, and how overwhelmingly friendly and helpful the staff were.
I'm taking the risk, as I think hundreds vs one are great odds!
