Have world wide warranty. To be honest my daughters IPOD went funny before the12 months and when you ringtheir warranty you get INDIA or was it PAKASTAN and you have to send it to AMERICA, even with the buying it in AUSTRALIA we had a lot of hassles with the warranty, it never got fixed. Normally i would agree with the warranty thing but with ipods sorry no i don't agree. People don't realise this when buying them.
