when you post a new message or do a reply, just below your text box you will see 2 fields, i.e. * Link URL: and * Link Title:
you type the website address or URL on the first one, then simply continue with a title to this website. once your message is posted, the link will be active and whoever clicks on it will result in a link to the URL of the website.
remember don't make a typo mistake in the URL field, or else the link will be broken, and visitor cannot be redirected to the right site.
