The Baleka I found nothing favourable about. It is however within walking distance to beach. The Camplung , even tho budget and also a little too basic for me, did have better gardens, atmosphere etc. HOWEVER, it is known for a 24 hour bar and 'outside guests.'
It is also 'close' to the beach but not close enough to go back to room in case you forgot something.
Neither have a terribly nice pool area.
I did see lots of babies at Baleka. Do a search, you will find varied opinions on both.
