Hi my husband and i stayed melasti last march.Room was quite large and by pool.No complaints.Had to get out early and bag lounger by pool[as they were in short supply.pool clean.We struck bad weather really rained and also Nipei day bit if a disaster.Also got free breaky [it was the pits]dirty conditions lousy food.Ended up next door for breaky and paying for it.Spa out the front was excellent and prices good.Swore I would never stay there again BUT have heard it has improved?????Locality was good.I complained to the Manager who assured me that they were making changes[other guests had also complained.People next door got food poisoning as we were locked in for 24 hours with nipei day had to eat there yuk.Maybe someone has some more update info for you.I have friends who are going in 4 weeks so will have some info for you.hope this helps.We did not have the family with us and found it quite relaxing were lots of people who did not have kids.Maybe the time of year it was not schoold holidays.Have a nice Holiday judd.P.S. stayed at the Kuta Beach CLUB LAST oCT.gOOD CHEAP BUDGET.
