Shuttle bus takes about 4 hours usually too because they go an indirect route i.e. via Seminyak, Ubud... A lot cheaper than a driver though. I would recommend using a company other than Perama though as perama use a very old, hot, uncomfortable bus and don't even take you into the centre of Lovina - they charge you 5,000 extra for that when you get there.
